2. Products and Services

• Product Descriptions: Shreem strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on our website are accurate. Due to the artisanal and handcrafted nature of our sarees, slight variations in color, weave, or embellishments may occur, reflecting the unique quality of handloom craftsmanship. These variations are not considered defects.
• Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without prior notice.
• Customization: Shreem offers bespoke customization for select sarees, including embroidery, color variations, or personalized embellishments. Custom orders are subject to additional terms, including non-refundable deposits and extended delivery timelines, as specified at the time of order.
• Care Instructions: Each saree is accompanied by specific care instructions to preserve its quality and craftsmanship. Shreem is not liable for damage caused by improper handling, washing, or storage.
• Adherence to Handloom Standards: Shreem is committed to upholding the highest standards of handloom production. Our sarees are crafted in compliance with the Handloom (Reservation of Articles for Production) Act, 1985, and we adhere to quality standards set by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, including certifications such as the Handloom Mark where applicable. We ensure ethical sourcing, fair wages for artisans, and sustainable practices in line with industry guidelines to preserve the authenticity and heritage of handloom weaving.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and method selected.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure payment methods as listed on our website. All payments must be made in full at the time of order placement, except for custom orders requiring a deposit.
• Custom Orders: For custom sarees, a non-refundable deposit of [e.g., 50%] is required at the time of order. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.
• Currency: Transactions are processed in INR. For international orders, currency conversion rates and fees may apply, as determined by your financial institution.

4. Ordering Process

• Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This does not guarantee product availability. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).
• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. To cancel, contact us at support@shreemluxe.com. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
• Errors in Orders: You are responsible for providing accurate information during the ordering process, including shipping address and contact details. Shreem is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Locations: Shreem ships to India and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. For custom orders, delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs clearance, natural disasters) are beyond our control.
• Shipping Partners: We partner with trusted third-party couriers to deliver your order. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: Due to the premium and delicate nature of our handloom sarees, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products. Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
• Return Process:

• Provide proof of defect or damage (e.g., photos or videos).
• Return the product in its original packaging, unused, with all tags and accessories intact.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, personalized sarees, and items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability and may incur additional shipping costs.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, patterns, logos, and content on Shreem’s website and products are the intellectual property of Shreem and are protected by copyright, trademark and other property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of our designs or content without prior written consent from Shreem.

8. Acceptable Use of website

• You will not misuse our Services (e.g., you will not use our Website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful).
• You will not make any speculative or fraudulent orders.
• You will not conduct systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, and data harvesting).
• You will not alter another website so as to falsely imply that it is affiliated or associated with Shreem. You may only use the Website to make legitimate orders and inquiries.
• You are responsible for all use of your account (under any user name or password) and for ensuring that all use of your account complies fully with the provisions of these Terms.

Shreem reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity engaging in defamatory behavior.
• Use of Models: The models featured on Shreem’s website and promotional materials are engaged solely for professional purposes to showcase our products. Their personal lives, actions, or beliefs are not affiliated with or endorsed by Shreem, and Shreem is not responsible for or concerned with their personal conduct outside of their professional engagement with the brand.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Shreem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits or emotional distress.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
