This Shipping and Returns page outlines our policies to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction. We operate exclusively online from Prayagraj, India, with no physical stores. Shipping Information
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all locations within India and select international destinations. For international orders, please check availability during checkout or contact us for confirmation. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- Domestic Shipping (India): We partner with reliable carriers like India Post, Delhivery, or Blue Dart. Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000; otherwise, a flat fee of ₹100 applies.
- International Shipping: Available via trusted providers like DHL or FedEx. Costs vary based on destination, weight, and order value—calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee (₹200 for domestic, varies for international) for faster delivery.
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Indian holidays).
- Delivery Time:
◦ Domestic: 3-7 business days from dispatch.
◦ International: 7-15 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.
- Delays may occur due to high demand, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you via email if there’s any significant delay.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately—we’ll do our best to assist, but changes may not always be possible post-dispatch.
Return Policy
We want you to love your Shreem purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Returns are subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Sarees and clothing with visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
- Returns due to manufacturing defects (e.g., weaving errors, color discrepancies beyond normal handloom variations) are accepted—please provide photos for verification.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@shreemluxe.com within 15 days of delivery, providing your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- We’ll review your request and email you a return authorization with instructions (e.g., return address in Prayagraj).
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defect.
- Once received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll credit your refund or exchange.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size, color, or item, mention this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability and the same eligibility rules as returns. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Approved Exchange/replacement product will be delivered in 5 days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI) once the returned item is received and approved.
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after inspection.
- Full refund amount includes the product price and original shipping fees (if applicable). Return shipping costs are not refunded unless due to our error.
- For defective items, we cover all associated costs.
- Partial refunds may apply if the item is returned in a condition that doesn’t meet our eligibility criteria.
- If you paid via cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer—please provide your bank details during the return request.
Note: Refunds for international returns may take longer due to customs processing.
