How true-to-life are the product photos?

Do you use real zari?
We use premium quality zariâranging from high-grade synthetic to real silver or pure zari, based on the design. Products featuring real zari are clearly labeled in their descriptions.
How should I care for my handwoven saree?
-> Prefer dry cleaning only when necessary; soften folds by airing out.
-> Store in breathable muslin cloths in a cool, dry place.
-> Refold periodically to avoid permanent creases.
-> Be cautious with direct heat on zari and avoid contact with perfumes.
Do you offer blouse pieces with sarees?
Yes! Each saree comes with approximately 0.8â1âŻm of extra fabric for blouse stitching.
Can I request a custom design?
At this time, we donât offer design customization. However, we're open to heritage revival projectsâplease reach out for more information.
Can I customize the color?
Our in-house design team curates each color palette meticulously to maintain brand aesthetic, so custom color requests are not accommodated.
What yarns do you use?
We use only pure, natural yarnsâsuch as silk and cotton.

How do pre-orders work?

Do you offer bulk-order discounts?
We do not offer discounts. Every piece reflects its craftsmanship and artisanal value.
Can you combine multiple orders?
We can combine pending orders only if they share the same billing/shipping details and havenât shipped. Just ask us soon after placing them!
How can I track my order?
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. For orders placed without an account, consider creating one with the same email to monitor its status. You can also use the Track Order button on our website.

We donât hold items without payment due to limited stock. However, for long-duration pre-orders, a 50% advance payment is possibleâreach out to discuss.

Can I return my order?

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are permitted before dispatch and only for unstitched items (sarees, dupattas, stoles). If canceled, youâll receive your refund. Refunds are possible but may incur bank-processing fees and handling fees.
